Absolutely! We love creating bespoke pieces that perfectly match your interior. Whether you need a specific color palette for a textured canvas, a custom size for a resin art piece, or bulk custom candles for an event, we’re happy to help.

To keep your art looking pristine, avoid placing resin items and textured canvases in direct, prolonged sunlight to prevent yellowing or fading.

• For Resin: Wipe gently with a soft microfiber cloth and a splash of mild soapy water if needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.

• For Textured Art: Dust lightly with a clean, dry, soft-bristled brush or a feather duster. Do not use wet cloths on raw textured canvases.

Because our products are meticulously handcrafted, processing times vary:

• Ready-made items: Shipped within 2–3 business days.

• Made-to-order & Custom pieces: Take approximately 7–14 business days to craft, cure, and package properly to ensure maximum durability before transit. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

Due to the artisanal and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your item arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos, and we will gladly arrange a replacement.
